Summary: This study finds that R&D subsidies have a positive effect on the number of R&D personnel in large and medium-sized enterprises, despite reducing private R&D expenditures. In addition, R&D subsidies can promote technological upgrading, capital deepening, and economic growth, but there is also evidence of some misallocation of research-oriented public funds.

Evaluation of the policy-driven ecological network in the Three-North Shelterbelt region of China

The Poverty of the Carless: Toward Universal Auto Access
