Summary: This study investigated the roles of trust and three AI-specific characteristics in public acceptance of smart healthcare services based on an extended Technology Acceptance Model, with results showing the importance of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and AI-specific characteristics in shaping public acceptance. The study also demonstrated the critical roles of personalization, loss of privacy, and anthropomorphism in shaping public trust and acceptance of smart healthcare services, offering important theoretical and practical implications for the design and implementation of such services.

Climate change anxiety and mental health: Environmental activism as buffer

Determinants of Social Commerce Usage and Online Impulse Purchase: Implications for Business and Digital Revolution

Summary: The use of social networking websites has grown explosively since the early 2000s, leading to increased revenue for businesses with a social commerce strategy. However, some consumers are still hesitant to use social commerce. This study examines the factors influencing social commerce adoption in a sample of 721 Chinese We Chat users. The findings show that social capital and information overloading mediate the positive effects of social commerce adoption and perceived ease of use on techno-stress and online impulse purchasing.

The child anxiety life interference scale for parents (CALIS-P): psychometric properties of the Spanish version

Summary: Anxiety disorders have negative impacts on emotional, social, family, and academic aspects of children's lives. Evaluating childhood anxiety has often focused on symptoms, with limited measures available for assessing anxiety life interference in children. This study examined the psychometric properties of the Spanish version of the Child Anxiety Life Interference Scale - parent version (CALIS-P) in children aged 6-8 years. The results supported the good fit, reliability, convergent validity, and divergent validity of the Spanish CALIS-P, suggesting its usefulness for both research and clinical practice.
