Summary: In this study, liquid crystalline modification was performed on graphene fluoride (LC-GeF) to achieve ordered alignment, and a thermally conductive liquid crystalline polyimide (LC-PI) matrix was utilized to fabricate thermally conductive LC-GeF/LC-PI composite films. These films exhibited significantly improved thermal conductivity, insulation, mechanical, and thermal properties compared to normal PI films and LC-PI films.
