Summary: This study examines the negative impact of online learning on communication between instructors and students, as well as its effect on students' productivity levels. It also suggests ways of improving effective online communication, such as utilizing informal channels in addition to formal ones and providing incentives for student participation. The research findings indicate that most students still prefer classroom classes due to issues like lack of motivation, understanding of the material, decreased communication levels, and feelings of isolation. Understanding these issues can lead to effective solutions in online education.

Summary: This study examines the impact of fear emotion on the adoption of Google Meet by students and teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings demonstrate that fear, specifically related to family lockdown, education failure, and loss of social relationships, has a significant effect on the adoption of this educational platform. The study also compares different data analysis techniques and finds that the J48 classifier is the most effective in predicting the dependent variable in most cases.

Summary: Different e-learning technologies have different incentive factors that influence behavioral intention. Learners' perceptions and learning behavior may change during the learning period. This study found that the incentive factors influencing behavioral intention differed between CBA and GBA (Kahoot!) in the early stage and fluctuated over the semester. Furthermore, although the CBA class had higher scores than the Kahoot! class for every FA, there was no significant difference in the mid-term and final term scores between the two classes.
