Summary: This study explores the relationship between Industry 4.0 (I4.0) tools and organizational performance, and it finds evidence supporting the moderating role of remote working and organizational agility (OA) in enhancing organizational performance. The study uses quantitative research method and collects data from individuals working in Asian IT firms. It uncovers that I4.0 tools have a significant impact on organizational performance, especially in the IT sector, with the moderating influence of remote work and OA. Companies should encourage remote work and use I4.0 technology to support and manage it to increase organizational performance and agility.

Summary: An increasing number of product designers are adopting anthropomorphic design strategies to enhance the use of AI assistants. However, the ideal degree of anthropomorphism is still unclear. To explore the influence of different degrees of anthropomorphism on human-AI interaction quality, we conducted two scenario experimental studies. We also considered the impact difference between hedonic and utilitarian contexts. The results show that different degrees of anthropomorphism significantly affect human-AI interaction quality in different ways, with a pronounced positive effect observed when AI assistants have a medium-level degree of anthropomorphism. Furthermore, the positive relationship between anthropomorphism and human-AI interaction quality is more robust in the hedonic usage context, but disappears in the utilitarian usage context. This study is expected to provide practical guidance for AI product designers to ensure the long-term feasibility and sustainability of their products.

Summary: This study investigates the user information security behavior against COVID-19 scams by utilizing Protection Motivation Theory, Cultivation Theory, and other constructs. The results indicate that stress, government social media, general security awareness, response efficacy, and attitude positively influence users' information security behavior. Emotions such as stress and fear, as well as government social media, also impact decision-making during a crisis. The study also found significant effects of threat appraisal factors and coping appraisal factors on coping behaviors, mediated by fear and attitude respectively. However, subjective norms did not vary in influencing information security behavior, and conscientiousness did not moderate the association between attitude and behavior.
