Amyloid Tumor of the Breast Caused by s. c. Injections of Insulin - A Rare Differential Diagnosis of DCIS and Breast Carcinoma

Amyloid tumors of the breast are rare. Their clinical and radiological appearance may be very similar to breast carcinoma. We describe the rare case of an A-Ins amyloid tumor of the breast, caused by repeated subcutaneous injection of insulin.
