The process of cotton-polypropylene yarn treatment in knitted-fabric production is investigated. Based on analysis of the properties of cotton-polypropylene yarn vis-a-vis the properties of cotton yarn, the major directions of enhancing accuracy and stability of knitting in the process of treatment of yarn with inclusion of polypropylene fibres are established.
