Cyclin and protamine as prognostic molecular marker for testicular sperm extraction in patients with azoospermia

The CCNA1, CCNB1, CCNB2, PRM1, and PRM2 messenger RNA transcript ratios were significantly decreased in patients with spermatogenic disorders. These messenger RNA transcript ratios in patients with successful sperm retrieval were higher than in patients with failed sperm retrieval. (Fertil Steril (R) 2009;91:1424-6.
