Doping effects of all L-form amino acids except L-tyrosine on the crystal morphology and the ferroelectric domain structure of triglycine sulfate (TGS) have been systematically investigated. For crystals grown from solutions with L-valine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-glutamine, L-proline, L-phenylalanine and L-tryptophan, both the morphology and the domain structures are almost resemble to pure TGS. For other L-form amino acids doped crystals, the growth rate in the negative b-side of seed is reduced. The generation of internal bias field Eb and the domain structure in L-alanine doped crystal is quite different from others.
