A facile, greener and inexpensive method was developed to synthesize high quality quarternary Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) nanocrystals at temperature lower than 220 degrees C, in which Cu2ZnSn(S2CNEt2)(10), oleylamine and oleic acid were used as the precursor, activation agent and capping agent, respectively.
