In this paper an idea of soft mappings is given and some of their properties are studied. Images and inverse images of crisp sets and soft sets under soft mappings are also studied. An application of soft mapping in medical diagnosis has been shown. (C) 2010 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
