We report a novel one-pot chemical synthesis of zinc antimonide (Zn-Sb) nanoparticles (NPs) via the sequential reduction of metal precursors and subsequent compositional redistribution. Chemically synthesized Zn-Sb NPs are expected to be promising building blocks for nanostructured thermoelectric materials.
