Label-free electrochemiluminescent immunosensor for α-fetoprotein: performance of Nafion-carbon nanodots nanocomposite films as antibody carriers

A simple and highly sensitive electrochemiluminescent immunosensor based on nanocomposite architecture of the one-pot synthesized carbon nanodots and Nafion composite film was proposed for the detection of alpha-fetoprotein.
