Visible-light photoredox catalyzed oxidative Strecker reaction

An aerobic photocatalytic oxidative cyanation of tertiary amines providing valuable alpha-aminonitriles in good to excellent yields was developed. Mild reaction conditions and low catalyst loading are attractive features of the protocol.
