Synthesis of some modified nucleotides of cytidine

The present communication describes the preparation of five nucleotides of cytidine, CTP-alphaS (1), CMP-alphaS (2), CDP-alpha,beta -CH2 (3), CTP-alpha,beta -CH2 (4) besides a cytidine derivative (5), where the phosphorylated chain is replaced by a fluorosulfonylbenzoyl group.
