Investigation of microstructure of glycidyl methacrylate/alpha-methyl styrene copolymers by 1D- and 2D-NMR spectroscopy

The copolymers of glycidyl methacrylate/alpha-methyl styrene were synthesized. The quantitative C-13{H-1}-NMR spectroscopy was used to determine the copolymer compositions. The distortionless enhancement by polarization transfer, C-13-H-1 heteronuclear single quantum coherence and total correlation spectroscopy were used for the complete spectral assignment of C-13{H-1} and H-1-NMR spectra.
