Synthesis of cyclic ureas and urethanes from alkylene diamines and amino alcohols with pressurized carbon dioxide in the absence of catalysts

Clean synthesis to imidazolidone and oxazolidone compounds using direct reaction of carbon dioxide with diamine or amino alcohols can be achieved at 6 MPa CO2 and 150 degreesC without use of any catalyst.
