We report a muon spin rotation study in single-crystalline samples of the heavy fermion superconductor PrOs4Sb12. The muon Knight shift is independent of temperature passing through T-c down to 20 mK at 3 and 17 kOe, indicating that the local spin susceptibility does not decrease in the superconducting state. This result is evidence that spin-triplet superconductivity is realized in PrOs4Sb12.
