Barium titanate-based solid solutions

A short review, on BaTiO3-based solid solutions is presented. The (x-T) phase diagrams are discussed (x is the molar concentration of the second end-member of a solid solution). Two specific points in the phase diagrams of many solid solutions are determined. These points are points of the convergence of three phase transition lines at X-mph and points Of the transformation of the normal ferroelectric states into the relaxor ferroelectric states at XF-R. Examples of experimental dependences and a table with parameters of solid solutions are presented.
