[F-18]Fluorosilicon- and [F-18]Fluoroboron-based Biomolecules for PET Imaging

In this review, methods for introducing fluorine into silicon- and boron-based compounds are discussed. The application and utility of these methods for the preparation of 18 F-labeled organofluorsilanes and fluoroboron-based compounds are also highlighted.
