Confidence Intuitionistic Fuzzy Hybrid Weighted Operator and its Application in Multi-Criteria Decision Making

In this paper, we develop a new intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operator based on confidence levels, called the confidence intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid weighted (CIFHW) operator. We have proved both the confidence intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging (CIFWA) operator and the confidence intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (CIFOWA) operator are the special case of the CIFHW operator. The CIFHW operator generalizes both the CIFWA and CIFOWA operators, and reflects the importance degrees of both the given arguments and their ordered positions. Then, based on the CIFHW operator, we propose a practical method for multi-criteria decision making with intuitionistic fuzzy information. Finally, an illustrative example demonstrates the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method.
