In the processes of the medical treatment of the biological skin tissue, it is essential to know the evolution of thermal responses. Thus, two-temperature bio-heat transfer equations, which take into account the second-order effects in thermal lagging, was introduced and used to discuss the variation of temperature in a laser-irradiated biological tissue. Thermal damage quantity in the tissue was calculated with the rate process equation by using Arrhenius integral. The Laplace transform was employed. The numerical results have been shown in figures with some comparisons to stand on the effect of the relaxation times parameters, the power intensity of the laser irradiation, the perfusion rate of blood, and the two temperature parameter on the conductive thermal wave, the dynamical thermal wave, and the thermal damage quantity.
