Colorimetric Detection of Kanamycin Residue in Foods Based on the Aptamer-Enhanced Peroxidase-Mimicking Activity of Layered WS2 Nanosheets

Summary: A facile and stable colorimetric aptasensor was developed for kanamycin residue detection, based on the aptamer-enhanced peroxidase-mimicking activity of layered WS2 nanosheets, with low detection limit and excellent selectivity. Further studies on actual samples have demonstrated the bright application prospects of the aptasensor in livestock husbandry and agriculture samples.

Summary: A novel colorimetric nanozyme sheet for rapid detection of glyphosate was successfully prepared, with good sensitivity and selectivity, achieving a detection limit of 0.175 mg·kg(-1) visible to the naked eye. Detection of glyphosate can be completed within 10 minutes using the prepared nanozyme sheet.
