Context Regulation of Mind Wandering in ADHD

Natali Bozhilova et al.

Summary: The study aimed to understand the association between mind wandering (MW) frequency and clinical measures, context regulation of MW, and group differences in task performance. Results showed a significant association between MW frequency and clinical measures, with individuals with ADHD showing deficient context regulation during increasing demands on sustained attention. MW frequency may underpin performance deficits in ADHD.
