Bismuth telluride based photosensitive elements were prepared using liquid exfoliation method without additional surfactants. The 2D sheets in suspension had an average size and thickness, and resistive photosensitive elements were obtained by drop-casting method for further study on their photoresponses at room temperature and liquid nitrogen temperature.
Bismuth telluride based photosensitive elements were obtained and their properties were studied. Liquid exfoliation was used for bismuth telluride 2D material suspensions preparation in organic solvent only with no additional surfactants. 2D sheets in suspension had average size of 200-300 nm and thickness of 2-2.5 nm. Resistive photosensitive elements were obtained by the drop-casting method. The photoresponses of sensitive elements studied at room temperature and liquid nitrogen temperature.
