Electronic band structures for UBe13 with LaBe13 were calculated by LAPW method including the spin-orbit interactions and Fermi surfaces were constructed. The result of UBe13 shows that Fermi sul surfaces consist of two sheets. a closed hole surface centered at the X point and an electron surface around the Gamma point. Calculated cyclotron effective masses are 0.9m(0)-4.4m(0). (C) 2000 Elsevier science B.V. All rights reserved.
