The determination of herbicide residues in cereals, fruits and vegetables by chromatographic methods is reviewed. The principal chemical groups of herbicides, like phenoxyacids, benzontriles, ureas, triazines, dinitroanilines, chloracetamides, carbamates, uracils, glyphosphate and bipyridylium compounds, are considered.
