By mixing reactive surfactants A and B at well-defined compositions, it is possible to control the preferred curvature in both the initial nonpolymerized and the final crosslinked systems. Direct evidence from small-angle neutron scattering and polarizing light microscopy indicates retention of the phase structures in the polymer phases. These results demonstrate the general utility surfmer mixtures to produce nanostructured polymerized phases of a desired curvature.
