Potassium Faraday optical filter in line-center operation

Ultra-narrow bandwidth potassium Faraday anomalous dispersion optical filters at D lines are studied theoretically and experimentally. The anticipated performance in the line-center operation is demonstrated experimentally with a thin K cell in an axial magnetic field of 0.0815 T. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
