Electric polarizability of isolated C70 molecules -: art. no. 025201

Ve present the gas phase measurement of the static electric dipole polarizability Of C-70 fullerenes. The value is 102 +/- 14 Angstrom (3). The increase in polarizability from C-60 to C-70 is discussed and compared to different theoretical predictions.
