Time refraction and time reflection:: Two basic concepts

The concepts of time refraction and time reflection. which can be built by extending the usual concepts of refraction and reflection into the time domain, are defined and characterized. The corresponding Snell's law and Fresnel's formulae are derived for non-dispersive media.
