The main scintillation characteristics: spectra, decay times, yields of CaMoO4, SrMoO4, NaLa(MoO4)(2) single crystals are measured under X-ray excitation. CaMoO4 exhibits a good energy efficiency (eta = 0.2 of CsI:Tl), but slow (tau approximate to 16 mus) main decay component, and SrMoO4 correspondingly shows eta = 0.06, tau approximate to 1.0 mus. NaLa(MoO(4))2 has the largest fast component tau approximate to 4.2 ns, but a very small yield. All studied crystals offer high resistance against X-ray irradiation.
