Cerebral blood flow change associated with intracerebral hemorrhage

This article reviews the changes in cerebral blood flow (CBF) that occur in association with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and the clinical implications of these changes, particularly in terms of blood pressure management, treatment of intracranial hypertension, and surgical considerations. Data presented in the following sections are derived from laboratory studies and clinical reports.
