Acoustic non-linearity parameter B/A and related molecular properties of binary organic liquid mixtures

Acoustic non-linearity parameter B/A is calculated for binary mixtures using four different methods. The interactions in the liquid mixtures are explained on the basis of excess non-linearity parameter and excess adiabatic compressibility. Sehgal's relations for calculating molecular properties of pure liquids are extended to binary mixtures. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
