Dielectric characteristics of novel Z-type planar hexaferrite with Cu modification

In this letter, the dielectric characteristics of CO(2)Z hexagonal ferrites with Cu modification are reported. Dielectric characterization experiments are performed on ferrites having composition of Ba3Co2(1-x)Cu2xFe24O41, measuring the dielectric constant and loss (tangent). The dielectric behaviours are analysed in the modified and pure Co(2)Z hexagonal ferrites, and different effects of carrier polarisations on dielectric properties are discussed.
