We present the tomographic reconstruction of the quantum state of the electromagnetic field emitted by an amplitude-squeezed semiconductor laser. The analysis of the field quadratures is performed by means of self-homodyning, where a frequency-dependent dephasing is accomplished by a Fabry-Perot resonator. The Wigner function obtained clearly shows the nonclassical properties of the field.
