Rushton argues that much variation in human behavior is explained by membership in one of only three genetic groups or races (Negroids, Caucasoids, and Mongoloids). Using previously coded data on the 186 society Standard Cross-Cultural Sample, we find no statistical support for the predicted associations between race and behavior. (C) 2003 Elsevier Inc.
