Sinus headache: a clinical conundrum

Sinus headache is an extremely common clinical condition experienced by millions of people throughout the United States. Although sinus headache is commonly diagnosed and seems to be widely recognized by physicians and the general public alike, there is a distinct lack of diagnostic criteria and a glaring absence of scientific research supporting clinicians' caring for patients with this disorder. This article explores recent clinical research into sinus headache and provides a diagnostic guide for clinicians evaluating patients with the complaint of sinus headache.
