Uniformly local Lp estimate for 2-D vorticity equation and its application to Euler equations with initial vorticity in bmo

We shall prove the global existence theorem for the 2 dimensional Euler equations in R-2 with the initial vorticity in bmo containing functions which do not decay at infinity and have logarithmic singularities.
