New polystyrene-supported stable source of 2-pyridylboron reagent for Suzuki couplings in combinatorial chemistry

The first stable polystyrene-supported 2-pyridylboron reagent has been prepared and involved in Suzuki-Miyaura couplings. Very efficient reactions have been obtained with clean release of target coupling products providing a new tool for combinatorial chemistry. (C) 2004 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
