Rapid synthesis of highly luminescent CdTe nanocrystals in the aqueous phase by microwave irradiation with controllable temperature

In this paper, we present a new method for rapid synthesis of high quantum yield CdTe nanocrystats in the aqueous phase by microwave irradiation with controllable temperature.
