Congruences of fluids in a Finslerian anisotropic space-time

We derive the generalized Raychauduri equation concepts of expansion, shear and vorticity. We give the Ricci tensor of a constant-curvature Randers-Finsler space metric whose first term is the Robertson-Walker metric.
