Textured p-type (Bi,Sb)(2)Te-3 has been fabricated through zone melting and spark plasma sintering (SPS) techniques. The optimal figure of merit (ZT) of the sintered materials reached 1.15, which was about 115% of that of the zone-melted ingot material.
