This work deals with the problem of robust H-infinity control for nonlinear uncertain stochastic Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with time delays. The system under consideration involves parameter uncertainties, Ito-type stochastic disturbances and nonlinear disturbances. On the basis of a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF), the delay-dependent robust H-infinity control scheme is presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). By solving these LMIs, a desired controller can be obtained. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. (C) 2011 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
