Synthesis and bactericidal efficacy of novel dendrimers

Synthesis of dendrimers with enones as the core unit and m-terphenyl as surface end group has been achieved. All the enones and the dendrimers were antibacterial against Salmonella typhi, Salmonella pararyphi and Staphylococcus aureus.
