Using spin wave theory as well as numerical methods, we investigate the ground state phase diagram of an anisotropic spin-1/2 Delta-chain in which the nearest-neighbor exchange interactions between apical and basal spins are ferromagnetic and those between basal spins are antiferromagnetic. The calculated phase diagram interpolating between Heisenberg and Ising chains shows that there exists a region connecting the ferromagnetic and the so-called canted antiferromagnetic regions.
