Surface free energy evaluation of well-ordered Langmuir-Blodgett surfaces - Comparison of different approaches

Advancing contact angle measurements were performed on well-characterized Langmuir-Blodgett surfaces with CH3 or CF3 end-groups, using several test liquids. Surface free energies were calculated by means of different theoretical approaches available in the literature.
