We investigate the effects of nonlinearity on the transmission property of superlattices. The nonlinear Schrodinger equation leads to a second order nonlinear difference equation, and we obtain transmission spectrum of wave by iterating the difference equation. The transmission spectrum shows that the nonlinear coefficient has a distinctive modulation effect on the transmission coefficient.
