A new type of tapered slot antenna is proposed which has 3 times lower cutoff frequency than a conventional TSA of the same size. This is attained due to resistive loading that doesn't affect antenna's efficiency suppressing only the currents that contribute in late time radiation. An advanced transition is also introduced to feed the antenna from a SMA connector. It is non-dispersive by nature and provides S I, better than -15 dB in all the operation range. Several prototypes have been simulated, fabricated, and measured in the frequency range 0.3-6 GHz. The impulse response full-width at half-max is 113 ps for antenna dimensions being 200 x 300 mm.
