Glanzmann thrombasthenia with endomyocardial fibrosis: A thrombotic paradox

We report a paradoxical Occurrence of left ventricular thrombus due to endomyocardial fibrosis in a six years male child diagnosed as Glanzmann thrombasthenia. Such an association has not been reported in literature. (c) 2006 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
